Chris and Aaron will call PRMD about the necessity of a permit.
DECISION If either GVV or the County requires a permit – the
Action Item – Contact Anne from Ocean Song or anyone who has planned
an event about how to navigate event logistics and permitting process

emailing his lists about the Permie Convergence.

INSURANCE
Action: Aaron will check in with Lane and Miriam about using their
insurance for Permie Convergence – Naming Michael Paine as co-insured

BUDGET:
COVER FEE dependent upon costs (food, printing, phone bill, internet
fee, firewood, porta potties, insurance)
$90-150 fee for weekend registration $70 for one day
$5,000.00 for food
$1,200.00 for site
$500.00 for permit, insurance,
$2,000.00 to pay ourselves
$2,000.00 surplus for next year
$1,500.00 scholarship money.
= 12,200 total cost – seed money = 10,000
