Previously I had a problem with my Palm Trio 700P not saving SMS short text
messages. As soon as I touched any icon or button it went away. I finally went
into a Sprint store on Van Ness Ave in S.F. and they helped me do a cold reset
and then had me resync everything with the exception of any applications.

The problem seems to have been caused by some application, perhaps a backup
program that my friend put on there for me that I never really used.

I am much happier now.
