I too hada very close encounter with a UFO, but in
1967. My fiance and I were driving around lake a few
miles north of town at about 10:00 one night, and
stopped next to a craft, which was hovering over a
fence next to the blacktop road we were on. We both
got out of the car and stood watching itt. it was
maybe 20 feet away and about 20 feet in the air.It
souded like a huge vac cleaner. A white spotlight
shined down for the craft and it slowly moved off
west, then shot at an angle up and out of sight in a
manner of maybe five seconds. Amazing!
