CookenPro® Commercial Now Available as a Multi-user System

A new product, "Network Enable", available from Barrington Software
is able to allow up to 20 users to share a CookenProâ database

A single desktop installation of CookenProâ is available for $299.95,
a figure that compares very favorably to other available software
that performs similarly. "Network Enable" is available for $99.95 per
shared database. This means a customer can purchase a single desktop
and grow his or her system cost-effectively as needs grow.

Big System Features, Flexibility, and Cost

A Barrington Software network enabled system has big system features
such as four levels of login security, e-mail to all users or all on-
line users, and a "who's on" feature that tells which other users are
currently using the system along with their contact
information. "Guest" level users have read only access to the
information.

Unique Feature Supports Collaboration

A unique feature of "Network Enable" software is the ability for
those who have proper security to switch to a local database when
network connectivity is lost or unavailable. This allows a user to
unplug from the network when going home for the day or traveling on
business but take with them a complete working system. Easy
import/export of information to and from the network and local
database makes this feature productive. For example, individuals can
collaborate on recipes and menu plans from their local databases.
When they are satisfied with their effort they are able to import the
information into the network, making it available to all users.

CookenProâ Appeals to Broad Market

CookenProâ Commercial is a food management system that has broad
appeal to the Food Services industry. It is suitable for
restaurants, catering organizations, food service operations,
residential facilities, correctional facilities, non-profit
charitable organizations, grocery stores, convenience stores, and
