When posting a message, clearly describe your question or problem and include your computers basic parameters: processor, RAM, computer model, operating system any error codes or other relevant information. Hardware, software, networking, internet and electronics related issues are discussed on the board. In most cases your question will receive multiple replies within 24 hours. Use common sense, understand the problem and solution, seek multiple opinions. You should be comfortable with the diagnosis and repair prior to doing any work on your computer.
