Hi,

I am using simpoint to detect phases in vector file. Now i want to compare the
phases detected by simpoint on two different FVFiles which were generated for
same program but at different days.

Is  there a way to align the phase detected by simpoint on two different files
to compare the performance of same phase in both runs.

You can just use SimPoint with the option "-k 1". This will put all
