Hi Otis,
while updating simpy.py to v1.1 I resurrected my notes syncing script.
But didn't get very far.

Because I found, that it's not possible to _update_ notes via the API.
The documentation for SaveNote doesn't mention an "id" or "noteId"
parameter. And even if I provide one anyway, it gets "ignored" and
every note I save via SaveNote ends up as a new note.

Is it possible to fix that?
