I don't know about Sympy, but Simpy is not open-source, as Alexandru
pointed out, though it is build on a lot of open-source libraries and
applications.

However, this is all open-source:

Look for Scuttle, if you are interested in a very basic social
bookmarking package. I don't think it's being developed any more, but I
could be wrong.
