You can certainly search by tags only (and even by noted only or by
titles only, and even sites)

For instance, go to:

Then search for:
tags:ontology

Or if you want to type it into the URL:
http://www.simpy.com/user/alexeya/search/tags:ontology

Or if you want a simpler, more direct URL for tags-only search:
http://www.simpy.com/user/alexeya/tag/ontology

And if you want to search for multi-word tags, you need to quote then:

http://www.simpy.com/user/otis/tag/"information retrieval"
