When attempting to rename a tag via the API on the syapizend account, my request
times out even with timeouts as long as 60 and 90 seconds. My account only has
one bookmark in it. Web seems to take a long time as well. At one point with
web, I got this:

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST /simpy/TagManagement.do.
Reason: Error reading from remote server
Apache Server at www.simpy.com Port 80

Perhaps this is a proxy issue?
