Simpy is looking pretty good! I'm liking some of the changes since I
last looked at it.

Just reviewed the API and I'm looking to query a url and have returned:

- a list of my tags for this url
- a list of my suggested tags for this url
- a ranked list of all tags for this url
- a list of related tags for this url
