Hello,

A first preview of the future version 3 is available for download.
This include the source code and binaries for Windows and Linux (i386).

The function of this preview is very limited but the basic chart are working
with all the standard stars catalog and the SAC for the nebulae.
Beware that some menu of the configuration panel are not active.

I am actively working to port all the function of the version 2.75 but this
take a lot of time. I plan to regularly release new alpha version when new
major function are working.

the install procedure.

I tested the Linux version with both RedHat 8.0 and Mandrake 9.0 but any
system supported by QT 2.3 should work.
