Sama & Etani slide rule made by Concise.  I thought it was a Concise S&E
rule, but it was printed in the U.S.A. and has a copyright date, so I'm not
sure what's going on with it!

All members of the Oughtred Society, as well as The International
Slide Rule Group, The Slide Rule Trading Group, and the UK and
European slide rule circles are welcome to participate in
transactions.

Members of The Oughtred Society may place
postings, and the listing is free. Anyone may join, and
membership details are on the web site. As a member, you also
receive a copy of the biannual Journal of The Oughtred Society with
outstanding and well researched articles on slide rules and vintage
mechanical calculating devices.

If you haven't seen the online swap sheet recently, take a look. You
may find something you want, and the prices are quite fair. As a real
plus, you will be buying from a knowledgeable seller.

There are also some listings "seeking information" . This is a
great way to share expertise on various topics that are of research
interest.

Many items sold last month, and those listings no longer
appear. Several new listings have been added.

I picked this slide rule up at an estate sale and need help to ID it
and what it is for. It has the following scales: A-COEFF.; B-CU. FT; C-
  DIFF,and D-PRES. VAC.
It was made by or distrubuted by Refinery Supply Co. Houston, TX and
Tulsa, OK. On the back it has a label that says AC-ME Pocket
calculator and has a copyright date of 1940. It came in a Dietzgen
case. Thanks for the help in advance.

Hi All,

   I have a few extra ABA-TEN kindergarten slide rules, one in green, one in
blue, and a few in purple.  The green one and blue one are still sealed in
the original packaging, and the purple ones are in as new condition, but no
longer sealed.  I can email pictures and scans to anyone interested.  (And
I've included some information below about these particular slide rules.)
