SMAC is a MAC Address Changer (Spoofer) for Windows 2000, XP, 2003, and VISTA, regardless of whether the network adapter manufacturers allow changing MAC Addresses or not.

SMAC changes the "Software based" MAC Address, not the physical address, so it can be done dynamically. The changed (Spoofed) MAC Address will sustain system reboots.
