Oscar,

"Our program" -- TGAWarper/JPGWarper for Windows -- is really Paul Bourke's
MacOS program Tgawarp, recompiled to run on the PC platform. It doesn't make
movies; it takes a sequence of fisheye still image frames and warps them into a
sequence of pre-warped still image frames. You use those as source material for
creating movies using your own software solutions.
