Can I run Small Linux on a Cyrix 266 MHz system?

This is my old Windows 95 (retired) box.

The old OS is still loaded, therefore I can boot up into Windows to
load from the CD rather than booting from the CD.

Do you all recommend Small Linux for me (a basically non-Unix guy) or
is there another more robust, easier-to-use flavor of Linux?
