where should kernel modules reside?   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #706 of 732 |
Hi,

I installed small linux (0.7.5) on a 386 (eurotech cpu-1211 board)
with a HD.
I need to get tcp/ip working, but am unsure where to start. The card
has an ne2000 compatible networkinterface. I have the ne.o module.
When i look at /proc/modules, it is empty. What is the default
location of the kernel modules? What do i have to change to get the
drivers loaded automatically during bootup?

Thanks,
Edgar.
