Note the use of &#0; this appears to be illegal, based on the XML1.0
spec[1]

Char ::= #x9 | #xA | #xD | [#x20-#xD7FF] | [#xE000-#xFFFD] |
[#x10000-#x10FFFF]


Is there something I'm missing ?
