I use XP. If I open the control panel and then 'Date and Time' there are three
tabs - Date and Time, Time Zone and Internet Time. In the Timezone tab I can
both select the correct timezone, and tick (or untick) a little box which will
cause the clock to be automatically adjusted (or not) for daylight saving
changes. I don't recall having to adjust the clock on a PC for daylight saving
changes for a very, very long time.
