SolidWorks Yahoo! Group members,

For all who are interested, there are a number of posts now on SolidWorks Legion
that cover this year's SolidWorks World. Of particular note is the new
direction that SolidWorks Corp will take this year. They plan to implement
cloud computing solutions provided on an Enovia backbone. No specific products
where announced, but Jeff Ray, CEO of SolidWorks Corp, stated several times that
new products would begin rolling out this year.

Improvements to SolidWorks 2011 were also covered, including the often requested
Feature Lock function.

There was a whole bunch of misc announcements and new 3rd party products,
including Solido which has a new low cost rapid prototyping machine.

I welcome comments from others who were able to attend SolidWorks World 2010,
and anyone else that is interested.
