SoundDiver Version 6.6r1 Mac OSX [bundle version] for Access Virus C   Topic List   < Prev Topic  |  Next Topic >

Hi all, newbie here.

I just downloaded this Virus C specific version of Sounddiver and have been
trying to use it.

Here's a link to the page where it can be found for all interested parties:

http://www.access-music.de/downloads.php4?product=virusc#cat7

Now, the problem is, I've been able to import libraries from my Virus but for
some reason I am unable to save them as a library on my comp (Mac OS X 10.4.11).
The Save an Save As options are blacked out.

If anyone has any experience with this version of Sounddiver, is this one of the
limitations of the program in order to encourage you to get the full version?

Would I be better off just downloading the latest beta version of Sounddiver and
using that? I figured the Virus C specific version would be better since it's
specifically catered to that piece of gear.

Please let me know.

Thanks.

Well spotted. I use the Build Library function, usually the known entries sub choice, to avoid too much quizzing of the device by the overly burocratric...
