I created a new studio an now the editing windows appear to work correctly.

But, when I send a single voice sysex file to the DX11 and then retrieve data from the instrument the send item is not displayed. But it is displayed on the DX11 screen.

Does this work differently in version 10?

Using 9.1 XL on w7 32.

 The editor windows most often do not open.

 I can transmit/receive data, sending sysex banks, and save and load sets.

 I do not seem able to know if a single SX file has been received; no change in name of selected patch when retrieving data.

 I have tried running in XP compatibility mode, and run as administrator.

 UAC is off. 

All w7 updates, including SP1.

 Guidance please
