Hello my fellow SA enthusiasts,
I am posting this inquiry about the possible future of
space architecture, with interests of hopefully becoming one myself.
I am currently finishing up an undergraduate dual degree in
architectural and urban studies(city planning) and the University of
Pittsburgh. I have run across the MS Space Architecture degree at
the University of Houston as one possible option post graduation. I
also have been in contact with that program's head professor, Larry
Bell, on this topic however he understandingly has a biased opinion.
As you can guess there are not that many books/articles/people out
there to talk to about space architecture and its legitimacy.
Basically, I am just wondering if anyone has any opinions(good or
bad) about where this field of architecture is going, if there is
anywhere i can go for further information and/or any suggestions at
all. I realize that I might sound a bit indecisive, but I am usually
one to cover all my bases before jumping into something as big as
this. Any help is appreciated.
Thank you,
Jason
