Re: Boeing, Lockheed Join to Build Rockets

ULA is a way to kick USA to the curb. Basically it is an EELV marketing
plan. While Mike Griffin--NASA's new Chief Admin. is pro-shuttle-
derived HLLV, the prime contractors are going to do everything they can
to ram the EELV albatross down everyones throat. USA has the ET barge
and handles a lot of shuttle architecture--so it is just a way to leave
them high and dry.

That they still are part of USA is only due to keeping options only.
Scuttlebutt is that O'Grief has become a double dipper and is making
all kinds of money due to the people he knew.

Mike Griff' will hopefully keep the folks at ULA straight. I heard that
Orbital Sciences got busted--so evidently the Boeing bought blue suits
at the Air Farce are making use of their spooks.
