Kevin,
Check with the International Space University. In 1990, I was involved in the
International Asteroid Mission, a summer long project by about 60 people from
all around the world. The proposal should be in their library. I misplaced my
copy, but I am sure they can lead you to one.
Even though they are settled in France now, back then the whole thing was based
in Boston. Hey you may even want to be part of it, too. Why not?
Keep it up !!

Subject: [space-architecture] Research Help
Hello all,
I am new to this list. I am a graduate student at the University
of North Dakota in the Space Studies department (www.space.edu). I
am currently working on my masters thesis and looking for any
research help or suggestions. My topic is a permanant human mining
colony for the mining of Helium-3 for fuel in fusion. Other
aplications would follow.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Thank you,
Kevin
