Dear Sameer,
I would suggest contacting Haresh Lalvani (hlalvani@...). He works with William Katavalos, essentially running the Center for Experimental Structures at Pratt Institute in New York. I had meant to apply to the program myself, but things have become very busy in the office, and I will not be able to take the time for an additional Master's Program any time soon.
Haresh is also performing some very interesting research for Milgo-Bufkin- Algorhythm Technologies. (http://www.milgo-bufkin.com/algorhythms/index.html) I highly suggest that you consider this option, and apply for a graduate degree at Pratt Institute's School of Architecture, primarily through the Center for Experimental Structures.
