My name is Andrea Zigon, I am studying architecture in Venice, Italy and I am doing my thesis about Space Architecture.

The argument is a space station with artificial gravity in Low Earth Orbit.

As I have got different references regarding the maximum payload size e.g. of the Shuttle (diameter: 4.57m to 4,70m and length: 18,3m to 18,60m), could somebody please suggest me how to obtain positive data about the clean size (dynamic envelope) of the payloads for the present and possible launch vehicles?

I would also appriciate any comment, suggestion or discussion about artificial gravity and related issues.

Thanks to all,

Andrea
