Quasi-Stellar Commercial Enterprises is a yahoo group dedicated to
creating a non-profit organisation to facilitate such commercial
space enterprises including as a space tourism spacecraft.

At the group right now we are determining our mission statement and
creating a set of organisational goals. A name for our new
organisation will also be decided upon and a logo will also be
designed.
