I think the Presidents intentions are good, but I don't think it is a good
idea to promise money for a project
that far in advance when we don't know what it going to happen or make
happen that far in the future. Talk about a leap of
faith! I think that it is good to plan for projects in the future. I
really think the President has enough on his plate to eat/or think about
right here on planet earth.
