finally my current file size become 100K spamguard.log file is created

#ls -l /var/log/qmail/spamguard.log
-rw-r--r-- 1 qmaill wheel 98042 Mar 15 16:06 /var/log/qmail/spamguard.log


please compare your configuration with above

is logappend.sh is executable ?
