I've had a look at the files help and can't find anything about a
bandwidth limit. There must be one if that's the error you're
getting, but I'm able to download the files at the moment (whether
logged in or not) so maybe it's a daily transfer limit?
If you try it again, you might be able to download the demo app
before we get to move the files to a new location without bandwidth
restrictions
