I've since gotten the error myself while I wasn't logged in, but once I
logged in I could download the files no problem, including the demo app.
Seems the limit might only apply to anonymous users, I've emailed yahoo
customer care to ask for more info as there is nothing on the yahoo groups
site about this, well, nothing I can find anyway.

Anyway, I've set up a temporary mirror at
http://www.thickpaddy.com/download/speck/

Anyone having problems downloading from yahoo can use this until a
permanent home is found for the files (sourceforge is under consideration,
any opinions on that welcome).
