Dear Colleague,
On behalf of the MBCPNS 2003 Organizing Committee, I would like to
invite you to International scientific conference " Molecular
biology, chemistry and physics of nonequilibrium systems " (MBCPNS-
2003), which will be held in Moscow and Ples, Russia,September, 7-13,
2003.

Therefore, I am sending you the respective Call for Papers.

I would also like you to consider the possibility of organizing an
invited
section related to a topic of your research interest within the main
Conference Symposiums by collecting and reviewing the papers.
Please send the proposed section title to the Organizing Committee
and start collecting the papers, which after your approval will form
the Section.

Could you deliver the Call for Papers I am sending you to those who
may be interested.
If you need a detailed Call for Papers, don't hesitate in asking us
for it.

MBCPNS 2003 Chairman,
Prof. Vladimir Zaitsev

REQUIREMENTS FOR PAPERS PREPARATION

1. Materials of the papers must contain the clear description of
characteristics, aims, scientific value and results of the
investigations. The size of the paper should not exceed 5 full pages.
Participants are asked to follow the instructions con-cerning
abstract design presented below.
2. Design. The papers should be printed in 1 interval on laser
printer on one side of standard form (format 210 r 297 mm, A4)
white paper. Margins: left -25 mm, bottom - 20 mm, up- 17 mm, right -
15 mm). Font : Times New Roman 12pt.
The papers should contain:
- Authors Names (capital letters in up - left corner);
- Institution and address (small letters in up - left corner);
- empty line
- Title of the paper (capital letters, centered, without point at the
end).
If 2 or 3 authors are from the same institution, their names are to
be printed in comma in one line; if they work in different ones,
their surnames are to be printed in new line and author's institute
should be printed under this line. Figures and tables should be
placed in the text after paragraph containing reference on it. The
title of the table is above the table, the name of the figure is
below it.
References are possible in the text with number of the book, journal,
etc. in square brackets according to References List.
3. Proceedings will be published directly from samples of papers
sent by the authors. Authors are utterly responsible for design and
contents of the material submitted.
Papers prepared not in the right way will not be published.
4. In the case of traditional submission two printed copies of the
paper are to be presented, the second one should be signed by the
authors.
5. Organizers encourage submitting on disk (3,5 inch) or by e-mail in
format : WORD 6.0 and later versions.

ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES OF ZnP2 SINGLE CRYSTALS OF TETRAGONAL AND
MONOCLINIC MODIFICATIONS
Measurements are made of the electrical properties of both
modifications of ZnP2 crystals, which are doped, undoped and annealed
vacuum and in vapor of the components. The measurements are carried
out in the temperature range from 190 to 380K. The donor centers7 are
found to be vacancies of phosphor. The dominating scattering mechanism
