Dear All,

I have a very small question.

How does multiple ionisation occur by a single photon?
Means if suppose a photon is intracting with a gas say Argon, then how
Ar(+2 or +3 or +4 or +5...) forms?

Thanks in advance.

Wish you all a very happy new year.

Kind regards,
Vandana Sharma
