An exciting career opportunity for a Program Manager with Big 4 consulting experience and experienced working with teams of over 50 people.

Requirements

Plan direct and coordinate cross-functional Teams activities to manage and implement project and/or interrelated programs from contract/ proposal initiation to final operational stage.

Propose and develop add-on program opportunities.

Lead Teams to develop plans that model program commitments and timing.

Lead the project/ program teams in determining client requirements and translating requirements into operational plans.

Determine, monitor, and review program economics; including costs, operational budgets, staffing, resources, and risk.

Assemble the best blend of resources to meet program needs and requirements.

Monitor and report on activities related to the project / program.

Meet with Clients to review the program scope/progress and resolve program issues.

Formulate contingency plans to address schedule revisions, risk, fund, allocations, and work requirements.

Coach members of the cross- functional teams to accomplish program goals.

Establish appropriate metrics to measure program criteria.

Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and project/program management techniques.
