Hi,

I installed the trial version but it can't sync between desktop and
my smartphone. Is it the limit of trial version?

I downloaded the install file and ran it. After the installation, I
can see there a new item in ActiveSync's sync column: splashID. In
unconnected state, I could check the little box before the splashID
item. After I connected my smartphone to PC, the checkbox before
splashID item disappeared, thus I can't toggle it.

What's the problem? please help me.
