Error message on device is: "Installation of SplashData SplashID for
SmartPhone.CAB was unsuccessful."

Have been using SplashID for many years, just moved to version 4
today. Desktop (Windows XP) installation was smooth, but can't get it
to install on my Q. Multiple restarts of desktop and Q have not
helped.

Made a little room on the device - have about 6 MB available. Also
have a miniSD card with lots of room, but I don't see an option to
install there.

Carrier is Verizon, in case that matters (I did select "Verizon"
rather than "Standard" or "Orange" during installation).

Help?
