Sure. Once it's loaded into memory you can't delete it. Enable your popup
blocker. Try using Firefox instead of IE.

Hi.
I was working normally when a Symantec AV pop up showed me that
mevent.dll was unable to be quarentined nor deleted from my computer.

I ran Spybot, then Hijack but the pop ups continue appearing, mostly
when web surfin.

Anyone has dealed with this?
