Unlike other SQL Server websites and initiatives SQLGURU initiative focuses on the people rather than the technology. Instead of finding what are the best SQL Scripts or processes we identify the brains behind those technologies and what's next.

This year we are trying to find:

a. SQL Server subject matter experts locally and internationally
b. Have a magazine published called SQLGURU which will contain:
1. Best of SQL Server Central
2. Best of SQL Server security
3. Best of SQL Server performance
4. Best of SQL 2005 Blog
5. Best of SQL Server personalities locally and internationally
