Watershed friends!

The Squaw Creek Watershed Coalition will once again be participating in
the IOWATER Statewide Snapshot, and we need your help!

On Saturday May 10th we'll sample 55 sites in the Squaw Creek Watershed.
We'll meet at Brookside Park at 9 AM to receive site assignments and
sampling instructions, field data sheets and sample bottles. The samples
and data sheets will need to be returned to the park by 1 PM.

As has been our practice, we'll hold an informational meeting at 7 PM
Tuesday May 30th in the Founders Suite at the Ames Public Library.

It is very helpful to know in advance who is planning to participate, so
if you do intend to help, please contact Rick at rsdietz@..., or
by phone at 708-3047.

Also, if you are an IOWATER volunteer, be sure to check your supplies!
We'll help replace expired, broken or missing equipment if you will let
us know what you need. Please check all expiration dates and sampling
equipment now so that your supplies can be ordered and delivered with
the sample bottles on April 30th.
