Anyone interested in organizing something like this for Squaw Creek Watershed Coalition and Skunk River Paddlers?

RRWA Members and Friends:
Paddlefest appears to be coming together well this year. The restaurant in the park will be open from 8:00 through the end of our event. The pool will open at 1:00 and the facilities can be used for changing clothes, showers etc. at no charge. Twenty or so organizations will be represented with displays, demonstrations and programs. The fly-fishing demonstration and flint knapping are new this year. We have a nice dry bag from Boulevard Sports for the person who paddles the farthest to the park by 12:30 p.m. We have $25 gift certificates from Scheels for the winners of the solo races (canoe or kayak) and $10 gift certificates from Sportsman’s Warehouse for each winner in the canoe races (single paddles). The Iowa Rivers Revival and the Café in the Park are also donating prizes. We will have our new line of fish-print hats and t-shirts on sale. We hope that you bring the children and enjoy some out-door fun and learn some things with a great group of folks.
