Good News!

19 May 2009

This STATISTICA discussion group is now once more under the control of a moderator, so the spam problem should be a thing of the past. I have removed the most recent spam-senders from the list and deleted all the junk from the archive.

New members will be moderated for a short time (until they have proved themselves by sending a genuinely STATISTICA-related message) allowing spammers to be identified and removed before their messages reach the list. If I accidentally remove any legitimate STATISTICA group members, please simply rejoin the group and let me know.

You may also be interested in the official StatSoft STATISTICA Forum, which can be found here: www.statsoft.com/support/forum.

For the sake of posterity, here is the original group description:

It is the objective of this group to offer mutual support to all STATISTICA users. This support especially comprises questions concerning the statistical modules of STATISTICA, graphical resources and all other statistical aspects in the use of STATISTICA.

To unsubscribe via e-mail, send an empty e-mail to Statistica-unsubscribe@egroups.com. If you're unsure about the group name, consult the message header at the top of an e-mail from the group. Be sure your e-mail program is adjusted to send mail from the address you want unsubscribed. If you are not sure what address you are subscribed as, you will find the address used to reach you in the "Return-Path" header of the message you received.

Hi, You may try the Discriminant Analysis. The Decisions Trees may also be useful, but it depends on the goal of Your research. Kind Regards Marian Jureczko
