The Water Environment Federation (http://www.wef.org) is sponsoring a
large TMDL conference that will cover science, engineering, and
policy issues. It will be held in November 2002 in Pheonix. A Call
for Abstracts is "on the street" and abstracts are due March 8,
2002. Papers are sought on many topics including measuring and
estimating wet weather and nonpoint source loads, controlling these
loads, and BMP effectiveness. The call and abstract submission
instructions may be downloaded from the WEF site. Please consider
submitting an abstract.
