Keith, it's because they're out to get us, man. At least that's what the
voices in my head keep telling me. I keep all my stormwater program on a
very small notepad & use my trusty HP calculator to do the numbers (RPN
rules!)
Think perhaps the point is this list isn't the best place to do market
research ? Just a guess, I'm more of a lurker (& smart a--) than anything
else.
