Building a growing community in Pinellas County   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #102 of 108 |
The time is ripe for a growing community in the Pinellas area! There are several
community gardening projects going on and more people than ever turning lawns
and overgrown areas into gardens of sustenance. Now, with the growing food
shortage and rising cost of life, we need to be taking care of our own
livelihoods and paving the way for a sustainable way of life.

I have left Florida to travel, but I want to help make the connections between
people who share this vision. This group isn't very effective right now at doing
so, but I know several people who are hoping and working at projects, and I know
of a few established community gardens. Please email me if you are interested in
getting shit done and I'll get you connected with people you can work with.

acaiyule@... is my address.

Peace & Leaves,
Pete Moss
