Overunity results in India?   Message List

Jack,

Yesterday I received the forwarded letter and info from Tewari in India with
a copy of his webpage from http://www.tewari.org on the Nov9-11 Conference on
Space Physics that he is conducting in the auditorium of the Kaiga Project,
the largest nuclear power plant in India -- for which he was chief engineer
during construction after perhaps a decade as the chief of quality control of
the Government of India's Nuclear Power Corporation.

An efax file is attached with his cover letter and his three page abstract of
his upcoming presentation there. An efax reader is downloadable free from
http://www.efax.com/need

I understand that some of your people discovered a fatal flaw in the "overunity"
calculations/measurements of the n-Machine device made by Inomata but had not
heard of any questions on Tewari's calculations. Brian O'Leary reports in his
book, and mentioned again at our Berkeley conference last year, that he had
witnessed a test of Tewari's latest device ('97?) which he said produced 5:1
output/input ratio.

It should be a fairly simple matter for Creon to phone or fax Tewari and get
clarification on any rms ac currrent evaluations/calculations, corrections,
etc, for a more careful evaluation of the truth of the matter here. Tewari's
stationery does not show an email address in India but his organization
"Scientific
and Spiritual Research Council" letterhead shows a phone number for him as its
Chairman there in Karwar, Karnataka, India of 08382-56443 and a fax number of
08382-56479.

My initial reaction is that if John Wheeler is not at this conference that he
will likely have a contingent of folks attend that conference representing the
"national security in-crowd scientists" whose serious interest and decades of
research on this device via DePalma et al is fairly well known to us "on the
fringes". One would expect that the US DOE and CIA will also have conference
participants there to get whatever hard data exists at this point. Remember
that Tewari has been acknowledging and thanking Wheeler for his collaboration
(as well as DePalma) since the mid-1980's and Tewari's most recent book has
a quote on the back cover from Wheeler in support of Tewari's work.

I understand that it is fairly easy for even fairly knowledgeable folks in this
arena to make the input/output power calculations correctly when there are mixed
ac and dc motor and generator elements, but one would expect with Tewari's level
of experience this would not be the case here.

It seems to me of high potential benefit for your network to not only send folks
to this conference but to be sure that video of it is presented on American
TV. Of course, the "proof in the pudding" is claimed to be available now and
may be accessible by a phone call that can get folks on a good track towards
the technological fruition of these energy machines.

Over a 15year period before hearing about and replicating DePalma's n-Machine
results, Tewari had developed his "Space Vortex Theory" to integrate into modern
science the Vedic teachings that all of our physical reality is manifest from
"the void." At that time he felt it was comprehensive but had no way to prove
his theory until he realized that the performance of the n-Machine would verify
his theory which he feels that it has. Since that time more recognition and
evidence has been accepted by the "mainstream" about zero-point energy, torsion
field theory, etc. It would seem that an evaluation of Tewari's Space Vortex
Theory might be as useful for your group as would "kicking the tires" on his
machine?

David

Creon had serious reservations about earlier versions of Terwari's way
of doing measurements I seem to remember? So this stuff does not excite
me. I hope I am wrong here?

That's the point. It takes a lot of expensive work to test these kinds
of claims. There are many such. If it really works, we will see in due
course. Meantime, ho hum.
