Returning to CSUN Monday, September 10, 2001, for the first time to present his
life's work since earning his 1969 CSUN BS degree with honors and serving as
the Alumni Association's 1970-71 Vice President, David Crockett Williams will be coordinating his third Global Crisis Solutions Conference, this time at CSUN, in a room arranged courtesy of the CSUN Alumni Association.

The first such GCSC event was in June 1997 at UCSB as a briefing for the science
advisor to His Holiness Dalai Lama. The second was in March of 1999 at U.C. (Cal)
Berkeley, alma mater of featured speakers Dr. Fred B. Wood, Sr., PhD, and

Dr. Brian O'Leary, PhD, [Oh! Be One! K'NoBe] who is a former NASA Mars Mission scientist-astronaut, physics teacher, aerospace consultant, science and energy policy advisor and speechwriter to four US Presidential candidates, and who is a widely sought speaker and mind dynamics workshop leader, author of numerous technical articles and several recent books discussing human consciousness, emerging new-energy technologies to replace nuclear and fossil fuel power, psi (parnormal) phenomena, and UFO's.  He lectures on the development of a science of consciousness to understand the mental underpinnings of faith, belief, religion, psychic phenomena, and these new-energy technologies -- all part of what he calls the "Miracle in the Void" [How to Use The Force] which is a fundamental tenet in all religions as well as in the latest advanced theoretical physics of the American "Zero Point Energy" and the Russian "Torsion Field" interpretations of the origins and workings of our material world.  Directly after his presentation at CSUN, Dr. O'Leary will be leaving directly for a 5-week European speaking tour to promote his just finished latest book, "Re-inheriting the Earth: Awakening to Sustainable Solutions and Greater Truths" which calls for a global green democracy to overcome national government obstacles to solving critical environmental problems with intelligent solutions such as these suppressed new-energy technologies and widespread global hemp cultivation to preserve the forests and the Earth.  After his return, in early November Dr. O'Leary is slated to meet with Governor Gray Davis' Energy Czar to discuss how the State's new Public Power Authority with $5 billion bonding capability can help implement these new energy technologies to solve the energy crisis.  Thereafter, on his California speaking tour schedule, CSUN students may organize until then his return to campus for his report to a second CSUN GCSC session under more planned arrangements than this last-minute impromtu session.

Dr. Fred Wood [Master Yoda] earned his BS, MS, and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from U.C. Berkeley after changing his initial college major from Sociology because he wanted to help develop technologies to prevent Hitler from taking over the world.  Dr. Wood is revered in Electrical Engineering circles as one of the fathers of systems theory, co-inventor of radar and a pioneer of the expansion of electrical engineering into electronics engineering.  He first suspected and talked to his UC Berkeley professors in 1937, at age 20, about the potential of "overunity" fuel-less energy generation devices to harness what is now called the quantum vacuum flux of space itself, "The Space Oddity" [The Force], devices which he suspected could be engineered with a deeper understanding of the two ignored roots of the partial differential equations of electromagnetism originally derived by James Maxwell -- in his 1864 paper; a null root related to biological e/m waves, and an imaginary number root related to an information-not-power e/m wave conveying instructions to biological systems via DNA/null-root connection, perhaps "non-locally", Wood suspects -- in a complex and difficult-for-most-to-grasp mathematical expression later reformatted in quaternion terms and still later simplified in his 1882 equations before being "dumbed down so engineers could use them," by Heavyside, et al, to the presently taught abridged simpler form of what is today taught and used as "Maxwell's equations".  Dr. Wood suggests that bright young mathematicians investigate these original equations to help modern physicists and engineers with the application of this suppressed knowledge understood by Nikola Tesla.  In recent years Dr. Wood has been studying previously secret Russian torsion field theory and American zero point energy theory. He is the founder of the Computer Social Impact Research Institute and he lectures annually to the International Society for the Systems Sciences. He also lectures to Unitarian Church groups about how this advanced knowledge of electro-magnetism relates to the information field of the quantum vacuum flux and the operation of the human mind in religious and sociological doctrines.  Dr. Wood plans to present a controversial scientific paper at this first CSUN GCSC3 session.  At GCSC2 at Cal Berkeley he presented details of his "Green Cube" systems theory approach to index and integrate the diverse catagories of social and scientific disciplines in a global scale program to facilitate implementation of the new-energy technologies.  On a panel in Sacramento July 29th with O'Leary, Williams, and Hal Fox of the Insitute for New Energy, Dr. Wood received Fox's excellent paper on leading new-energy technology candidates and gave a distilled overview of the hindrances we face in today's political and scientific climate.  The next day they went to Governor Gray Davis' office and the California Energy Commission to deliver their new-energy messages which were well received for State evaluation.

 

Lara Johnstone, [Princess Leah] grew up in South Africa as a Caucasian under the Apartheid Regime and feels a karmic responsibility to fight racism and prejudice in all its forms.  She has been deeply active in Oakland for years fighting racial profiling and targeting of African American citizens by illegal law enforcement policies including the corruption of law enforcement and military intelligence agencies by the illegal drug trade.  She worked with her close friend and former LAPD narcotics officer Michael Ruppert [Chewbaca] to file the 1999 lawsuit which was endorsed by the Oakland City Council against the US Central Intelligence Agency for its role in the Iran Contra affair, a role leading to the ongoing targeting of racial minorities for Drug War arrests to fuel expanding prison populations and property forfeitures.   With no prior involvement or interest in the UFO issue she began a hungerstrike immediately after hearing testimony July 28th about Dr. Steven Greer's Disclosure Project pressuring the government to relax its secrecy on UFO information and she has not eaten solid food since then after making a Gandhian vow to fast until her death or until President Bush [Emperor of The Evil Empire] fulfills or renegotiates his campaign promise to release such information to the public, information which some prominent scientists feel includes science under covert development for advanced electromagnetic weapons of more destructive power than nuclear weapons -- instead of releasing this knowledge for applications to further development of these new-energy technologies.  Following Mahatma Gandhi's Truth Force philosophy, she maintains that "We are all slaves to the secrets that imprison us, whether they be secrets withheld from us by employers, friends, governments or our own fear to admit to something we did, think, feel or know."
If she survives her fast she will join [Jedi Knights] in the 2002 Hiroshima Flame Walk from Seattle starting January 15, 2002 (3rdM21*), the birthday anniversary of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., walking 16-18mi/day with the followers of Gandhi's teacher to the United Nations, praying for an American Spiritual Revolution for Truth and fasting a day at a time at selected locations en route to awaken humanity to solutions to nuclear weapons, power and wastes -- and to stop the Star Wars [Star Peace Treaty].  This walk will be carrying a peace flame lit from the momument in Hiroshima that was ignited after years of being kept saced by a grandmother in memory of the love of her grandson who was killed by fires of the Atomic Bombing of Hiroshima from which this flame originated.  The walkers will pray in Huntsville, Alabama, to heal the American military intelligence community of the mindset imported after WWII along with the top eschelon of Nazi scientists and secret police cadres who influenced policy, formation and implementation of US Central Intelligence Agency and American rocket science.

 

David Crockett Williams [Luke Skywalker] is co-coordinator of the Global Peace Walk Project which carried many survival issue messages across country in 1995 and 2000 for delivery to the United Nations.  He is planning to walk from Bethlehem to Jerusalem this Christmas to bring these and other global peace messages out to the public as a "2000th birthday gift for Jesus."  His special field of interest is the chemical physics of consciousness.  His 1974 CSUN letters of recommendation upon his application to the PhD program in Chemical Physics at UCSB included his
