Dear Fellow Physicists,

The first U.S. Patent that has been issued for a
device that taps
zero-point energy (also known as space energy, ZPE,
vacuum
energy, aether-energy, etc.) is U.S. Patent 5,018,180.

The basic concept is that high-density, electron
charge clusters
(HDCC) can be created with relatively low energy. A
typical HDCC
has about one hundred billion electrons with the
electrons
believed to be circulating on the outside of a toroid
and
creating a strong magnetic field which in turn
stabilizes the
circulating electrons. In the close vicinity of such
an HDCC the
magnetic and electric fields are extremely large. The
end result
is that HDCC can tap space energy.

A review of the progress and applications of HDCC
technology was
presented at the recent (Oct 26-27, 2001) annual INE
Symposium
held in Salt Lake City, Utah. This review and all
other papers
presented by various authors at the symposium will be
published
in the forthcoming issue of the Journal of New Energy.

Emerging Energy Marketing Firm, Inc. (EEMF) of Salt
Lake City,
Utah has the exclusive rights to all of the six U.S.
patents that
have issued on this important new technology. EEMF is
being
funded to commercialize this important technology.

In my judgement, this is the most important new-energy
discovery
of the 20th Century and will probably be the most
important new
science of the 21st century. We encourage the world's
physics
community to become aware of, experiment with, and
teach the
basics of this new technology.

The Journal of New Energy is interested in articles
about this
and other new-energy developments. We do not publish
alternative
energy articles based on energy sources such as solar,
wind,
tides, geothermal, biomass, or fuel cells.

Best personal regards, Hal Fox, Ed. J. of New Energy
