CHRC Tehachapi energy stories, Enron in the Wind....interesting loc   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #45 of 60 |
Bill,

Thanks for your prompt and positive response below to my post of earlier
today.

I hope that you and other local media folks will take up this story and make
direct contact with former Bush HUD official Catherine Austin Fitts (cc
above) for her take on local/national/global implications of Enron debacle
in financial, oil, and energy industries, especially Enron Wind whose global
offices Fitts finds interestingly spread with their contact info below for
further inquiry perhaps.

Sorry, Mr. Mead, until now I had your name mixed up with that "don't send me
any more of your crap" Bill Deaver.

BTW, there is a big "local corruption in city government hinders
local/global energy industry story" at the bottom of the upcoming February
foreclosure sale by the City of Tehachapi of the Capital Hills Phase One
properties as per owner John Guthrie, cc above 661-822-0550. Why is the
city accepting foreclosure bids waived of over a decade of the bond taxes,
interest and fees which have been deemed excessive due to original city
contractor calculation error in bond/tax payments while simultaneously
disallowing current owners from bidding at the upcoming foreclosure auction?
Why did the city fail to correct this pre-bond-issue calculation mistake
that mistakenly nearly doubled the taxes on the land in error since 1989
making it impossible to sell the Phase One lots competitively and thus
eventually contributing to forcing present owners into their recently filed
bankruptcy? What about the tape recording John Guthrie has of the former
mayor saying to a witness that "they" were going to force Capital Hills into
bankruptcy and take it over due to its competition with other landowners
with developable land who are "connected" to city government?

This mess is hampering my efforts to put together the Research Center
project in town for development of the New-Energy Technology Solutions at
the forefront of science to replace nuclear and fossil fuel power, such as
we are now in process of presenting to CA State energy authorities since
last August via Energy Czar David Freeman and his 1970's congressional
energy crisis hearings colleague Dr. Brian O'Leary PhD who is our project
liaison to possibly pursue some of the $5billion bonding authority of the CA
Power Authority to implement these overdue-for-implementation new-energy
technologies being suppressed by the federal government under "dual-use"
secrecy restrictions -- implementation which former NASA scientist/astronaut
O'Leary is pushing via a $100million/year R&D "New-Energy Apollo Project
crash program" proposal which may include funding for the local research and
production facilities I am proposing here as affiliated with Capital Hills
Research Center.

Why have the Tehachapi News and the Bakersfield Californian consistently
refused to publish an investigative report on this Capital Hills story in
the recent years I have been asking for such?

For an overview of the new-energy technologies story, also see Brian
O'Leary's book, "Miracle in the Void", and/or Canadian journalist Jeane
Manning's book from Avery Publishing, "The Coming Energy Revolution" (see
p.162 for copy of secrecy law/order obtained under FOIA as authority for
"dual-use" secrecy restrictions on the new-energy technologies) which was
called his "favorite book" by local actor/celebrity Charles Napier in a
Bakersfield Californian feature article promoting reading which was
published a year or more ago, a few months after I gave him a copy of that
book just before a city official "kicked me off" the Tehachapi Centennial
committee after I brought this "Capital Hills Skullduggery" info to that
committee's attention.
