Patient Analogians far and wide,

Turns out the SE-1(X) was capable of MIDIMINI-like
envelope snappiness after all. A resistor regulating,
er, something needing regulating on the computer board
directly affecting initial envelope (VCA) response,
just needed some finessing–positive I remember
suggesting such a thing many moons back–to achieve
maximum speed and crispiness. Modifications are of
course available for a yet to be determined, but
likely reasonable fee: "one resistor kit" or in-shop
surgery options soon to be posted in our online store.

For the sync of it: OS 1.75 is now ready for
consumption, or will be when I post it on our OS
downloads page 10-8-04, featuring that's right: LFO
MIDI sync. More detail on page.
